Job summary

Sunray ABA in Blairsville, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will implement evidence-based therapies under BCBA supervision to support clients with ASD and developmental needs.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic settings, data collection, and collaboration with families and team members. Flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Current RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
