Job summary

Total Care ABA is expanding across Tennessee and seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. Under BCBA supervision, you will help children and families achieve meaningful goals and support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience with children preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
