Job summary

University of Wisconsin Colleges seeks a Flex Administrative Manager to oversee student records for the UW–Milwaukee Flexible Option, including posting and auditing transfer credits, term changes, and graduation clearances. The role collaborates with OPLR Success Coaches, Admissions, and Registrar staff to process records updates and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include training OPLR on PAWS/Stellic, updating policies, and maintaining the Flex Schedule of Classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate combination of training and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role at a college or university.
• Demonstrated administrative experience with PeopleSoft or another similar integrated data management system.

Responsibilities

• Maintains student records for Flex option students.
• Processes applications for admitted students, matriculates and reactivates students as needed.
• Coordinates the review, entry, and evaluation of Flex transfer credit.
• Runs data audits and corrects records.
• Resolves student records issues related to grading, enrollment, or standing.
• Manages degree audits, graduation processing, and posting degrees.
• Collaborates with OPLR and Registrar’s Office staff to support Flex students.
• Provides training and support for OPLR on PAWS and Stellic functionality.
• Communicates with Flex Academic Directors to resolve issues.
• Maintains Flex Schedule of Classes and production calendar.
