• Round through adult units and cover shifts as needed.
• Manage bed assignments and coordinate admissions/discharges transfers (ADTs).
• Use OA Gold, SMS, CIS, Premise, BMD and PeopleSoft in daily tasks.
• Provide report/hand-off communications to incoming staff and coordinate with departments.
• Monitor and report cardiac rhythms; support nursing staff with data entry and record keeping.
