Job summary

Belk, Inc. is seeking a Support Flex Associate in Florence, AL. This hourly role drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and preparing merchandise for the floor.

You will also support merchandising, store fulfillment, and general store operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include unloading cartons, applying sensor tags, RFID tasks, and assisting with floor sets, price changes, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving daily store objectives and personal goals.
• Efficiently unload cartons from truck deliveries and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Process sensor tags, transfers, damage, and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including lighting, housekeeping, and work orders.
• Support floor sets, product presentation, price changes, and orders fulfillment.
• Maintain organization by replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
• Learn processes through training tools and stay informed on products and promotions.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by assisting customers during peak times.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and adhere to safety protocols.
