Job summary

Belk, Inc. is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries, unloading cartons, tagging and stocking merchandise on the sales floor.

This hourly role supports facilities maintenance and back-of-house organization while partnering with merchandising teams. You will help with floor sets, price changes, inventory accuracy (RFID tasks), and provide friendly service during peak traffic, while maintaining store

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership in achieving goals and priorities.
• Unload cartons from deliveries and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Complete RFID tasks and sensor tag applications for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities maintenance and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, price changes, and picking/packing customer orders.
• Replenish supplies and keep areas organized and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service during peak times and greet customers.
• Follow safety and asset protection procedures.
