Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Fleet Warranty/Recall Specialist to manage warranty, recall submittals, and recovery for fleet assets. You will serve as the subject matter expert, coordinating with manufacturers and XE teams to maximize recoveries and ensure timely claims processing.

The role requires regional travel, leadership, and strong analytical skills to drive improvements in vendor processes and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Automotive field.
• 5–7 years in fleet program management with recall/warranty focus.
• Dealership warranty or utilities sector experience preferred.
• Experience with light/medium/heavy vehicles used in utilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee warranty and recall processes, documentation, and metrics for fleet assets.
• Manage filing and recovery of all warranty/recall claims, monitor timelines, and report status.
• Serve as SME for warranty/recall procedures; participate in vendor trainings and disseminate updates.
• Develop KPIs and analyze warranty data to ensure compliance and maximize recoveries.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, Fleet Operations, Asset Management, andFinance/Sourcing teams.
