Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable shuttle buses. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on fleet vehicles at the Houston location, maintaining tool readiness and safety standards.

Role requires a high school degree, ASE certifications, and ability to work various shifts; valid CDL may be needed depending on location, with a Medical Card and hand tools in your possession.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Degree or equivalent. Graduation from approved technical program a plus.
Certifications: Possess or willing to obtain ASE certifications.
License: CDL as required by location with Passenger Endorsement / exceptions for smaller passenger capacity.
DOT Medical Card required.
Hand tools required.

Responsibilities

Maintain all vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and passenger comfort per SP+ standards.
Perform quality maintenance inspections and repairs on all assigned vehicles and equipment.
Perform maintenance duties in a safe, cost-efficient manner.
Engage in ongoing training and development programs offered by the company.
