Avis Budget Group in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an outdoor Fleet Associate to manage vehicle entry/exit, inspections, license plates, registrations, and paperwork for a multi-brand fleet. You will help prep newer vehicles for rental and assist with fleet transitions across the lot, ensuring accurate records and a strong customer experience.

This is an on-site, hands-on role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, outdoor work, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• On-site role; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet.
• Perform pre-delivery and post-use inspections.
• Install/remove license plates and manage registrations.
• Prepare vehicles for rental across makes/models.
• Support vehicle movements and fleet accuracy.
