Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous automotive or commercial truck service advisor experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Write repair orders accurately based on customer concerns and technician findings.
Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion timelines to customers.
Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department personnel.
Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers.
Review completed repair orders for accuracy.
Assist with warranty and fleet account documentation as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients.
