Job summary

Ted Britt Ford Pro Elite Commercial Truck Repair Center is hiring a Service Advisor to support our growing commercial truck service operation. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and communicate estimates and timelines to clients.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with fleet customers, and the ability to multitask in a busy service environment. dealership management systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
