Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in operations management or related field.
• Progressive experience in fast-paced operations.
• Experience managing hourly staff and supervising teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of a multi-service environment.
• Manage 50+ drivers, 49+ routes, and 60+ vehicles with Transportation Coordinators and Trainers.
• Serve as primary liaison to school districts and maintain relationships.
• Review metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure targets are met.
• Interview, hire, and train transportation coordinators/supervisors.
• Prepare monthly work schedules and maintain staffing levels.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance to keep vehicles operational and safe.
• Review and prepare billing and payroll monthly.
