Qualifications

• Current interstate (Class A) CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving role within the last 7 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert training guidance to Driver Trainees and partner with Fleet Development leadership.
• Facilitate audits and ensure One Best Way compliance at Regional Training Centers.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training, conduct 'tour to teach', and monitor VR training usage.
• Collaborate with Learning Content Development to review Fleet Development content.
