Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or will obtain within 120 days.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving within last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and improve action plans; provide expert guidance on information and best practices.
• Lead Driver Trainee trainings with senior leaders; give feedback to participants.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; identify business needs and drive related processes.
