Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Driver Training / Fleet Development professional in Seymour, IN. You will deliver and facilitate driver training for Driver Trainees and partner with Fleet Development leadership to drive One Best Way compliance and safety across Regional Training Centers.

The role emphasizes coaching, content development, and program execution. You will mentor trainers, coordinate classroom and virtual sessions, and support change initiatives while upholding Walmart policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Current holder of an interstate Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or able to obtain within 120 calendar days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving within the last 10 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate driver training and coaching with Fleet Development leadership.
• Deliver and support training content across Regional Training Centers.
• Ensure One Best Way compliance and risk assessments in centers.
• Engage associates and leaders through classroom and virtual training sessions.
