Job summary

Walmart seeks a Training Lead to support Driver Trainee programs at the Regional Training Centers. You will facilitate classes, deliver virtual instruction, and ensure alignment with the One Best Way framework while partnering with Fleet Development leadership.

Responsibilities include developing content, auditing processes, and mentoring associates to drive compliant, high-quality training across multiple locations in support of Walmart's learning strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: CDL (Interstate) with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days.
3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No serious DOT violations or DOT-recordable accidents in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Driver Trainee training in classrooms and virtual formats.
Conduct audits and align with One Best Way processes.
Provide feedback to Driver Trainees, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center teams.
Develop and support training content in partnership with Learning Content Development.
