The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist in the Chicago area. You will sell new and retreaded commercial tires, manage existing accounts, and develop new relationships to hit sales targets across local fleets.

Role requires frequent local travel and strong customer focus. Competitive starting base of $60k plus commission, with uncapped earnings potential; prior industry experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful Sales and/or B2B experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CDL requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Travel frequently to customer sites to build relationships and sell products.
• Meet sales goals set by management and provide cost analyses and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and perform value selling.
• Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
• Deliver tires to customers and ensure proper handling of customer casings.
