Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist to sell new and retreaded commercial truck tires and related services. You will manage current accounts and develop new ones while achieving sales objectives and representing the company professionally.

This role requires local travel, strong communication, and a results‑oriented mindset. A valid driver's license and 2+ years of B2B sales experience are preferred; benefits include a comprehensive package and uncapped

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful Sales and/or B2B experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the vehicle type and meet CDL requirements if applicable.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and develop new accounts; represent the company to potential customers.
• Frequent local travel to customer sites to build relationships.
• Sell company-supported products and services; meet sales goals.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products/services for accurate customer information.
• Evaluate customer needs and apply value selling.
• Attend sales training and continually build product knowledge.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and equipment.
• Create/increase tire sales through planned solicitation.
• Schedule fleet service appointments with the service department.
• Conduct fleet needs evaluations and provide cost analyses.
• Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments and proper casing handling.
• Deliver tires to customers as needed.
