Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers seeks a Fleet Tire Sales Specialist to grow current accounts and win new business. This role combines sales of new and retreaded tires with related services, focusing on delivering value and meeting sales objectives across local fleets.

The position offers base pay with commission, extensive product training, and opportunities for career advancement within CTSC. Local travel is required to cover the territory and serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of successful Sales and/or Business to Business experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the vehicle type required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek and develop new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
• Sell company supported products and services.
• Meet sales goals set by management.
• Develop knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Schedule fleet service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
• Deliver tires to customers and handle logistics as needed.
