Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks a Fleet Telematics Technician to manage electronic equipment across the company fleet, install and maintain devices, train drivers and ensure compliance with ELDs and asset tracking.

The on-site role at our Collierville, TN corporate office requires travel up to 25% and collaboration with operations teams while delivering reliable telematics support and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in administrative support, fleet operations, tech support, or equipment coordination.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Purchase and inventory telematics equipment for the fleet.
• Coordinate installation and transfers of devices across trucks.
• Train drivers on telematics operation and compliance.
• Support Motive Help Desk with vehicle telematics and dashcams.
• Coordinate with leadership on future needs and budgets.
• Travel to acquisitions to onboard telematics on vehicles.
• Train location managers on telematics devices and software.
• Manage relationships with telematics vendor.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
