Job summary

The Amenity Collective is seeking an Auto Risk Manager based in Huntersville, NC. This role protects company assets by overseeing fleet safety, telematics, and the auto claims lifecycle, reporting to the General Counsel.

You'll monitor GPS and dashcam data, coordinate with TPAs, drive risk analytics, and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations. In-office, full-time role with a strong emphasis on safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in commercial auto insurance claims, risk management, fleet safety, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across departments and levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess risk and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telematics data to identify unsafe driving behaviors and coach drivers.
• Coordinate with GPS vendors and fleet operations for safety tech.
• Oversee auto claims lifecycle with TPAs and field adjusters.
• Support FNOL intake and post-accident investigations.
• Prepare monthly claims and telematics risk dashboards.
• Review recall alerts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with subrogation and recovery efforts.
