Job summary

The Amenity Collective, North America’s leading provider of single-source solutions for aquatics, fitness, and recreation, is seeking an Auto Risk Manager in Huntersville, NC. You will oversee telematics, fleet safety, and the auto claims lifecycle, reporting to the General Counsel and partnering with field operations and TPAs.

You will monitor GPS/dashcam data, train drivers on fleet tech, and drive risk mitigation through coaching and policy updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial auto claims or risk management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet telematics to track driver safety scores and high-risk driving behaviours
• Coordinate driver coaching and corrective action plans with Operations
• Manage auto claims lifecycle with TPAs and field adjusters
• Prepare monthly claims frequency/severity and telematics dashboards for leadership
• Investigate post-accident events using dashcam footage, telematics data, police reports and witness statements
