Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Manager, Operations Technology to drive program management for fleet technology initiatives and to achieve an 85% uptime goal across operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and lead deployment and adoption of advanced fleet solutions.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, guiding product development, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while engaging stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leads program management activities supporting fleet technology initiatives and the organization’s 85% uptime goal.
• Coordinates the different functions of the program to ensure alignment across technology, operations, implementation, and other key stakeholders.
• Establishes, monitors, and manages KPIs to measure program performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Leads coordination of program and product development and supports deployment of fleet technologies across the field.
• Manages and develops a team of two direct reports to support their development and attainment of necessary skills.
