Job summary

MYR Group is seeking a Manager of Fleet Programs to lead telematics, DOT compliance, fleet training, and future initiatives. Working with the Director of Fleet Management, you will turn strategy into execution, develop employees, and drive accountable performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires guiding cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective fleet solutions that support our large-scale electrical construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in fleet management, fleet operations, transportation, equipment management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience with responsibility for developing employees and leading teams.
• Experience leading enterprise Fleet Programs.
• Working knowledge of fleet operations, compliance, maintenance, and telematics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using data and reporting to support operational decisions.
• Experience with reporting platforms such as Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Fleet Program teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure Fleet Programs are executed consistently and aligned with department goals.
• Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Balance day-to-day needs with long-term program success.
• Provide leadership during new program implementations and organizational initiatives.
