Job summary

MYR Group Inc. seeks a Manager of Fleet Programs to lead the teams shaping our fleet operations, including telematics, DOT compliance, and fleet training.

You will translate fleet strategy into reliable execution, develop staff, and drive accountability to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions aligned with operational goals. This hands-on leadership role requires guiding multiple programs, collaborating across departments, and stepping in to support the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in fleet management, operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading enterprise Fleet Programs.
• Working knowledge of fleet operations, compliance, maintenance, and telematics.
• Experience with data/reporting to support decisions.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet Program teams including telematics, DOT compliance, and fleet training.
• Ensure Fleet Programs are executed consistently with department objectives.
• Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, IT, and Equipment Managers.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and problem-solving to support decisions.
