Job summary

TowerMobility is seeking a Fleet Associate II to ensure WAV and EV fleet safety, drivability, and ADA compliance. You will perform maintenance, inspect systems, and manage work orders with precise documentation.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and in-house repairs to keep vehicles safe and drivable.
• Inspect and troubleshoot WAV accessibility and mechanical systems ensuring ADA compliance and safety.
• Create, update, and close work orders with clear documentation and photos.
