Job summary

Tower Mobility LLC is seeking a Fleet Associate in Los Angeles to perform maintenance, safety inspections, and documentation for WAV and EV fleets. The role emphasizes vehicle safety, drivability, ADA compliance, and accurate record-keeping to ensure road-ready vehicles.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, coordinating with technicians and vendors, and maintaining organized work flows in a fast-paced environment. Must have an active driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and in-house repairs to keep WAVs and EVs safe and drivable.
• Inspect WAV accessibility systems and ensure ADA compliance and safety; complete non-powered repairs as needed.
• Create, update, and close work orders with clear documentation and photos to verify road-ready status before release.
• Retrieve, stage, and track parts in the fleet system; flag inventory or delivery discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow shop safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Fleet Technicians, Leads, and vendors; mentor Fleet Associate staff as needed.

TheFleet Associate IIis responsible forexecuting repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections to ensure all Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) and Electric Vehicles (EV) are road-ready,compliantand safe tooperate. This role emphasized vehicle safety,drivability, ADA compliance, andaccuratedocumentation whilemaintaininghigh fleet standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and in-house repairs according to fleet standards to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and fullydrivable.

• Inspect and troubleshoot WAV accessibility and mechanical systems to ensure ADA compliance and safety, complete approved non-powered repairs, and promptly escape safety-critical concerns.

• Create, update, and close work ordersindependentlywith clear documentation and photos, confirming vehicles meet road-ready standards prior to release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, stage, and track parts accurately in the fleet system, notifying supervisors of lower inventory or delivery discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment while following general shop safety procedures.

• Coordinate with Fleet Technicians, Leads, and vendors as needed, and provide guidance to FleetAssociate Istaff whenappropriate.
