Job summary

Tower Mobility is seeking a Fleet Associate II to execute repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety inspections for WAV and EV fleets. The role emphasizes vehicle safety, drivability, and ADA compliance, with a focus on accurate documentation and high fleet standards.

You will perform scheduled maintenance and in-house repairs, manage work orders, and coordinate parts in a dynamic shop environment. This position requires an active driver’s license and physical capability to lift up to 50

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and in-house repairs according to fleet standards to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and fully drivable.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot WAV accessibility and mechanical systems to ensure ADA compliance and safety, complete approved non-powered repairs, and promptly elevate safety‑critical concerns.
  • Create, update, and close work orders independently with clear documentation and photos, confirming vehicles meet road-ready standards prior to release.
  • Retrieve, stage, and track parts accurately in the fleet system, notifying supervisors of lower inventory or delivery discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant work environment while following general shop safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with Fleet Technicians, Leads, and vendors as needed, and provide guidance to Fleet Associate I staff when appropriate.
