Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a fleet maintenance technician in Stockton, CA to maintain and repair fleet vehicles so brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time.

The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics using specialized tools, and advanced repairs across a diverse fleet including light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts. On-the-job training is provided in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with/without accommodation).
• Able to reach, lift, carry, push and pull (with/without accommodation).
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic and air brake systems, aftertreatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs with independence.
• Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support safety standards and procedures, and respond to service calls as needed.

• Work Days: Mon-Fri
• Start Time: 12 pm
• End Time: 8:30 pm

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided)
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts)
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
