Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced Fleet Technician to maintain and repair a diverse fleet, ensuring timely delivery of PepsiCo brands. This full-time role offers hands-on work with trucks, vans, and forklifts, plus on-the-job training and a safety-first culture.

You will diagnose, repair, and document work orders using provided systems, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic, high-energy environment while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation)
• Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation)
• Position requires the following certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty
• Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided)
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts)
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed

• Work Days: Monday - Friday

• Start Time: 3 PM

• End Time: 11:30PM

Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time.
