Qualifications

• Annual Inspector Certification, Brake Inspector Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report issues promptly.
• Conduct repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Skills

Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software

Expert knowledge of vehicle systems

Moderate knowledge of DOT regulations

Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations

Basic skills in welding and cutting

Education

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training
