Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair or 3 years of experience.
• Annual Inspector Certification, Brake Inspector Certification, ASE certifications (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct inspections on all fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions.

Skills

Proficient in electrical meter testing

Expert knowledge of vehicle systems

Basic knowledge of welding and cutting

Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software

Moderate knowledge of DOT regulations

Education

Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training

High school diploma or GED
