The role collaborates with project teams and leadership to strengthen fleet-management processes, integrate Tenna, Vista, GPS, and telematics, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports for Infrastructure projects across Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in fleet/equipment-management or similar.
• Leadership experience in fleet administration or construction operations.
• Experience with heavy civil or large-scale construction operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fleet utilization, rentals, and cost controls.
• Experience with fleet-management technology and telematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet systems, data integration, and telematics platforms.
• Administer Tenna, Vista, GPS, and related equipment-management tech.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Monitor equipment utilization and rental usage across projects.
• Lead data quality, system integration, and user adoption efforts.
• Provide training and support to field personnel.
• Manage fleet data, records, and cost information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the fleet.
