Gallagher Asphalt Corp. is seeking a tech-savvy Fleet Coordinator who loves turning data into actionable information. You will learn and teach CMMS, build dashboards, and drive improvements in how we track fleet, maintenance, and inventory.

You’ll partner with Operations, IT, and vendors to automate processes, fix data gaps, and ensure accurate records. A high school diploma and driver’s license are required, with preference for fleet/reporting experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with fleet administration or operational reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and building dashboards is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Learn CMMS and help others use it effectively.
• Develop reports and dashboards analyzing utilization, maintenance, downtime, and costs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, work orders, and inventory data.
• Coordinate fleet-related administrative tasks and compliance activities.
