You will confidently upsell upgrades and protection packages, handle rental agreements, and respond to inquiries. The role emphasizes achieving sales goals and collaborating with a dynamic team on a varied shift, including weekends.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Communicative and articulate in English.
• Able to work full-time or part-time, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering sales and service excellence.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries with a solution-focused approach.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of the SIXT fleet.
