Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, transportation, logistics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers seeking administrative assistance and operational support.
• Assist onboarding of new drivers, including scheduling orientations and processing required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential driver records and documentation; monitor licenses and renewals.
• Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets used for workforce planning and operational tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, training, meetings, and administrative appointments with dispatch, recruiting, and leadership.
