• 3–10 years full-time experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering.
• Three years’ experience in technical analysis of operational IPS requirements.
• Three years’ experience in operational logistics planning.
• Knowledge of Navy logistics tools and NAMP programs.
• Experience performing IPS studies, analysis, and evaluations for DoD weapon systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Senior Logistics Manager and PMA-213 Program Office APML/Deputies and LEMs across IPS elements.
• Develop, operate, evaluate, and improve logistics support and maintainability programs and information systems.
• Collaborate with logistics and maintenance control organizations on equipment requirements and resources; perform T&E planning and program management analysis.
• Collect, analyze, investigate, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data.
• Develop or validate documentation for automated logistics or maintenance reporting systems.

Job Summary

Provides support to Senior Logistics Manager and correspondingly to the PMA-213 Program Office APML/Deputies and LEMs across the full spectrum of IPS elements.

Education and Experience

• BS or BA degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or Management.
• At least three (3) to 10 years’ FTE experience in operational logistics support or maintenance engineering.
• Three (3) years’ experience in technical analysis of operational IPS requirements.
• Three (3) years’ experience in operational logistics planning.
• Support SMEs for respective organizations, including Individual Material Readiness List, SE, Propulsion and Power, Tech Data, etc.
• Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
• Works on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as: technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; LCC analysis and control; weapons systems HW and SW standardization and compatibility; IPS/ R&M program T&E planning and execution; and, IPS/R&M program management analysis.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.
• Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of Department of Navy/NAVAIR Logistics tools
• Knowledge of Department of Navy NAMP Programs
• Experience demonstrating ability to perform IPS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems/equipment.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and timely manner
• Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office Suite of programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMs.
• Ability to read and understand, engineering drawings and technical manuals, identify components to subassembly level.
• Ability to generate Allowance Parts List from the technical data provided
• Assess system reliability, maintainability, and availability

The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
