Aufgaben

• Serve as driver's supervisor and primary communication link to drivers.
• Ensure 97% data entry accuracy and minimize coding errors.
• Manage driver turnover within target range and optimize utilization.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Service/Breakdown teams to meet schedules.
• Escalate driver complaints to appropriate departments and follow up.
• Monitor hours of service and CSA scores, tied to bonus potential.
