Job summary

TOTAL Transportation is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee driver performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency at the Loudon TTMS Terminal. You will supervise drivers, coordinate load planning, and ensure DOT rules are followed to maintain on-time service.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, AS400 proficiency, and strong communication skills. You will partner with Load Planning, Customer Service, and Maintenance to maximize fleet utilization and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; one year per year of college as overlap.
• Experience supervising drivers and ensuring DOT compliance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver performance and ensure policy and DOT compliance.
• Manage driver capacity, home time, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Load Planning and Customer Service to ensure on-time loads.
• Input load and driver data accurately into the system; support safety training.
