West Shore Home is seeking a Fleet Strategy Manager to oversee a fleet exceeding 1,000 vehicles, driving forecasting, procurement, and cost control. The role partners with cross-functional teams to support rapid growth while ensuring right-sizing, safety, and brand alignment across the fleet.

Located near Mechanicsburg, PA, this onsite role requires extensive collaboration with leasing partners and vendors, plus travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of fleet strategy experience.
• Experience managing vendor performance including leasing and maintenance.
• Willingness to travel 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fleet forecasting models based on headcount and expansion.
• Evaluate vehicle types and standardization to reduce TCO.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with leasing companies and vendors.
• Monitor fleet spend against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Manage vehicle registrations, licensing, fuel cards, and compliance docs.
• Leverage telematics data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Develop the team and uphold leadership standards.
