Job summary

King County Parks is seeking a Fleet and Stores Administrator to ensure fleets, tools, and materials support park operations. You will improve data, dashboards, and reporting while collaborating across teams in a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes equity, transparency, and continuous improvement, enabling staff with reliable information and procedures to keep parks safe and welcoming for all communities.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset tracking systems or inventory databases.
• Ability to maintain program documentation and SOP updates.
• Experience collecting data and preparing summary reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet and Stores programs and projects for the unit.
• Assist data collection and dashboard reporting; prepare summaries.
• Provide information on policies and procedures.
• Develop or update SOPs and documentation for the unit.
• Maintain dashboards and administer data reporting.
• Track Parks Fleet and Stores assets.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and access.
• Represent the unit on internal committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
