Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Business Development Manager in Bristol, IN to drive profitable sales of our UTM fleet solutions. You will build long-term relationships with fleet accounts, present value propositions to decision makers, and collaborate across departments to onboard new customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial truck, fleet, upfit, or related industry.
• Proven outside-sales and business-development background.
• Ability to manage and grow strategic fleet accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting the entire UTM suite of fleet solutions.
• Deliver profitable sales and develop long-term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and present to fleet decision makers and C-level contacts.
• Develop new business while expanding current client engagements.
• Record activity in CRM and submit forecasts for operations planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding of new accounts.
