Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Software Systems Administrator to support the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of business software systems across fleet management and related business processes.

You will ensure software reliability, data integrity, user access, and overall system functionality, while promoting user adoption and operational excellence. The role partners with software vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient

Qualifications

General understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and data management.
Knowledge of software administration principles and user access management.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work with vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the administration, configuration, and maintenance of business software systems.
Coordinate with vendors and IT to support upgrades and enhancements.
Monitor system performance and reliability to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot system, access, and functionality issues.
Manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access controls.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for system administration and processes.
Support onboarding and training for new users.
Collaborate across departments to implement technology initiatives.
