Job summary

The Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Administrator II to strengthen our cybersecurity posture through proactive monitoring, vulnerability management, access administration, and incident response.

You will collaborate with the Information Security team and business stakeholders to safeguard systems, networks, and data assets. As part of the Cyber & GRC team, you will support security reviews, identity provisioning (Entra ID/SCIM), threat analysis, and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IT security experience or equivalent.
• Security-related certifications (Security+, CC, CCSA, ISACA, etc.) preferred.
• Understanding of IDS, SIEM, and security monitoring technologies.
• Experience with incident response activities and investigations preferred.
• Identity provisioning and access management experience (Entra ID, SCIM).

Responsibilities

• Conduct or coordinate vulnerability scans and document remediation steps.
• Administer and monitor IDS/IPS and other security controls.
• Support security updates, anti-malware, and protection strategies.
• Analyze logs and alerts to identify anomalies and threats.
• Manage identity provisioning/deprovisioning processes (Entra ID, SCIM).
• Support access reviews and audit compliance with security policies.
• Develop automation for security monitoring and reporting.
• Assist with mitigating security incidents and risks.
• Recommend security improvements and contribute to configuration reviews.
• Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders on security best practices.
