You will manage around 5,000 assets including vehicles, trailers, excavators, bore rigs and specialized equipment, and supervise a nine-member team ensuring safety and exceptional service for field operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics.
• 3+ years in fleet management, preferably in construction or utility-related industries.
• Proficiency in fleet management systems and related tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fleet management including licensing, compliance, acquisition and disposal of equipment.
• Lead and develop a team of fleet professionals.
• Implement and optimize FleetFocus and integrate Viewpoint Spectrum, Geotab, and WEX.
• Drive strategies to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with safety, accounting, and vendors to support objectives.
