Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. - Eastern PA is seeking a Shop Technician to support our Service Center operations. You will assist mechanics, perform light preventive maintenance, and help with inventory, parts handling, and vehicle movements between centers.

You will contribute to a safe, organized shop environment and participate in winter operations as needed. Strong English skills, a valid driver's license, and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) due to safety/technical needs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass illicit drug test and criminal background check.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mechanics and Lead Mechanics with day-to-day shop duties.
• Perform light preventive maintenance and simple inspections.
• Support with inventory counts, parts stocking, and organization.
• Help with fleet transfers and intercompany vehicle movements.
• Maintain clean, organized shop areas and safety compliance.
• Support winter operations and snow removal as needed.
