Qualifications

• Strong interest in mechanical work, fleet maintenance, or equipment repair.
• Fluent in spoken and written English due to safety and technical needs.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to pass illicit drug test and a criminal background check.
• Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mechanics and Lead Mechanics with day-to-day shop duties.
• Perform light PM services, including: Checking fluids, Changing air filters, Basic lubrication, Battery checks, Simple inspections.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs under supervision.
• Support fabrication work (grinding, cutting, prep tasks).
• Cleans equipment, attachments, and small machines.
• Prepare units for service deployment or return.
