Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years in a Shop Supervisory or Lead Mechanic role.
5+ years' industry experience in fleet maintenance.
Knowledge of diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic systems and DOT rules.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repair of all equipment assigned to the terminal.
Schedule preventive maintenance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Enter maintenance data into company systems and maintain records.
Manage shop facilities safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Enforce safety policies, handle hazardous waste procedures and OSHA standards.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment and supervise mechanics.
