Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Wolfforth, TX is looking for a Diesel Fleet Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of an established fleet. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient operation in a busy shop.

The role requires 5+ years in diesel supervision, ASE Master certifications preferred, and strong experience with DOT regulations and EAM ERP. Day shift with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a diesel shop environment.
• Experience with heavy/medium duty fleets and truck/bus maintenance.
• Knowledge of local DOT regulations for Med/Heavy Trucks.
• Proficiency with EAM ERP and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on vehicle systems while complying with regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and safety SOPs for the local team.
• Manage parts inventory and track maintenance work orders in EAM ERP.
• Lead preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with driver care, route operations and customer care.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high quality service.
