Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of diesel technician experience.
• 5+ years of shop management or maintenance leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive operational performance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and OSHA standards.
• Solid computer proficiency and experience with maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of diesel technicians.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to maximize fleet uptime.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
